Support Community Rowing in Indian River County!

Join me in supporting the good work that Vero Beach Rowing does to provide healthy outdoor exercise for the youth of Indian River County. This year (now more than ever), we need to increase our efforts!

Our goal this fall is to raise over $30,000 through our Erg-A-Thon, an event that will test and strengthen our athletes' physical fitness, personal character and their ethics of cooperation. Starting at 10:00am on December 12 at our new Community Boathouse, teams of rowers will keep their rowing machine spinning for 42,195 meters - a full 26.2 mile marathon!

Vero Beach Rowing has done so much for me in the last 5 years. Starting my novice year as a sophomore in high school, I learned what it meant to be a part of a team and how to lead a healthier lifestyle. Going into my varsity years and into college, I learned how to be a leader and how to elevate the people around me for the benefit of the team, not just myself.
