Support Community Rowing in Indian River County!

Join me in supporting the good work that Vero Beach Rowing does to provide healthy outdoor exercise for the youth of Indian River County. This year (now more than ever), we need to increase our efforts!

Your contributions will enable us to expand our youth programs to leverage our new Toffey Rowing Center to better serve our community.

Our goal this fall is to raise over $30,000 through our Erg-A-Thon, an event that will test and strengthen our athletes physical fitness, personal character and their ethics of cooperation. Starting at 10:00am on December 12 at our new Community Boathouse, teams of rowers will keep their rowing machine spinning for 42,195 meters - a full marathon 26.2 mile distance! Each of our club's athletes has been challenged to raise at least $700 to meet our goal. The donations will end on 12/31/20.

Thank you for your consideration of supporting me for the 2020 Erg-A-Thon. I just started rowing last year and I have grown to love this sport so much, that I plan to row all my high school years in hope to row in college. This spring will be my 4th season and during those four seasons I have made such good friends and the have met such good coach’s. They both have pushed me to be better in rowing and be a better person over all. I also hope that this fundraiser will help get more kids from our community to come out and try rowing because it looks hard but it is a lot of fun! Any donations that you make to me and Vero Beach Rowing means everything and will help me meet my goal of $700!
